Unsaved Simple Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 Cooked jumbo cocktail shrimp, tail on, thawed
  • 1 Eggs, hard boiled, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Spicy Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 Red onion, rings separated
  • 1/4 cup Red bell pepper
  • 2 cups Garden salad blend

Instructions

  1. Layer the shrimp, chopped egg, Italian dressing, celery, red onion, red bell pepper and salad blend in a plate and cover with plastic wrap until ready to serve.
  2. Toss salad before serving and enjoy.
  3. For Work Lunch: Place the salad in the same layers in an H-E-B Tough & Easy container and take to work.
