Simple Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Unsalted European style butter, cut into pads
  • 11.5 oz Milk chocolate chips
  • 10 oz Semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp Fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place butter pads in a crock pot followed by chocolate chips and a pinch of salt. Set crock pot to high setting and add lid.
  2. Set crock pot to high setting and place lid on. Stir chocolate every 10 to 15 minutes until chocolate and butter are fully melted.
  3. Chef's Note: Stir chocolate once everything is fully melted to help emulsify, fondue should be smooth and silky with no lumps remaining.
