Silky Slow Cooker Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Semi sweet chocolate baking chips
  • 12 oz Unsalted butter, cut into pads
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Place everything into a small slow cooker and turn to low setting. Add lid and let sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir mixture with a spatula and repeat this step about every 5 minutes as chocolate and butter melt.
  3. Once fully melted, whisk to just combine and turn setting to warm.
  4. To serve, simply drizzle or dip anything from marshmallows to pretzels to cake pieces or brownie bites.
  5. Dip will keep for at least 4 hours on slow cooker's warm setting. Simply whisk intermittently to keep chocolate silky and smooth.
