Shrimp with Garlic Butter

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Frozen jumbo shrimp
  • 4 oz Salted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Peeled garlic cloves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pour frozen shrimp into a large bowl and run cold water over it for 30 minutes.
  2. Once shrimp are thawed, remove from bowl and peel shells off.
  3. Preheat a large non-stick pan to medium-high heat.
  4. While pan is heating up, place butter and chopped garlic in a microwaveable dish and heat for 20 seconds.
  5. Remove dish from microwave. Add a tablespoon of garlic butter to preheated pan and immediately add shrimp.
  6. Cook shrimp for 5 minutes on each side, adding remaining garlic butter during last 3 minutes.
