Shiitake Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 19.8 oz Sliced shiitake mushrooms, drained
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 14.5 oz Beef broth
- 14.5 oz Chicken broth
- 1 tsp Ground white pepper
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Corn starch, mix with enough water to make a paste
- 1 cup Green onion(s), sliced
Instructions
- In a 2 quart sauce pot, sauté mushrooms in sesame oil 2 minutes.
- Add beef broth, chicken broth, white pepper, onion powder, soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Simmer soup for 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Garnish with green onions.
