Sheet Pan Bistec Norteno with Sesame Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 lb Mi Tienda Para Tacos de Bistec Norteno, broken apart
- 12 oz Broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce, plus more as needed to taste
- 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds, plus more as needed to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Spread beef evenly over a sheet pan lined with foil or parchment paper.
- In a bowl combine broccoli florets, sesame oil, garlic and soy sauce together to coat well.
- Place entire bowl of seasoned broccoli evenly over beef along with any excess juices in bowl.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds evenly over everything and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until beef is fully cooked and broccoli is nicely browned.
- Serve with more toasted sesame seeds and garnish with green onions if desired. Season to taste with more soy sauce as needed.
