Unsaved Sheet Pan Bistec Norteno with Sesame Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 lb Mi Tienda Para Tacos de Bistec Norteno, broken apart
  • 12 oz Broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce, plus more as needed to taste
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds, plus more as needed to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Spread beef evenly over a sheet pan lined with foil or parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl combine broccoli florets, sesame oil, garlic and soy sauce together to coat well.
  4. Place entire bowl of seasoned broccoli evenly over beef along with any excess juices in bowl.
  5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds evenly over everything and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until beef is fully cooked and broccoli is nicely browned.
  6. Serve with more toasted sesame seeds and garnish with green onions if desired. Season to taste with more soy sauce as needed.
