Sesame Chicken with Soba Noodles

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sambal Oelek Ground Fresh Chili Paste
- 3/4 lb Thin sliced boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 16 oz Buckwheat noodles
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Green onions, chopped on the bias
- 2 tsp Sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions
- Combine the sesame oil, honey, rice wine vinegar, minced garlic, soy sauce and sambal together in a medium bowl.
- Slice chicken breast into thin strips and place in a separate bowl. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons sesame oil mixture over raw chicken and stir to combine. Set aside.
- Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside.
- Place vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over Medium-High heat. Add chicken and cook until well browned and cooked throughout, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Add noodles and any remaining sauce to chicken and cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
