Ingredients
- 2 Medium ahi tuna steaks, defrosted
- 1 tbsp Organic white sesame seeds
- 1 Chopped salad kit ‑ sweet Thai
Instructions
- Preheat pan over medium heat.
- Coat both sides of tuna completely with sesame seeds.
- Spray tuna and pan with short bursts of oil. Place tuna in pan and sear each side for 2 to 4 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
- Remove from pan and let rest. Meanwhile, prepare chopped salad kit according to package directions. Serve salad with tuna.
