Unsaved Seared Ahi Tuna with Chopped Asian Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium ahi tuna steaks, defrosted
  • 1 tbsp Organic white sesame seeds
  • 1 Chopped salad kit ‑ sweet Thai

Instructions

  1. Preheat pan over medium heat.
  2. Coat both sides of tuna completely with sesame seeds.
  3. Spray tuna and pan with short bursts of oil. Place tuna in pan and sear each side for 2 to 4 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
  4. Remove from pan and let rest. Meanwhile, prepare chopped salad kit according to package directions. Serve salad with tuna.
