Scrambled Eggs and Pork Chop with Toast

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Boneless pork chops, boneless wafer thin slice
  • 1 Butter flavor no-stick cooking spray
  • 1/2 tsp Canola oil
  • 1 Small large navel orange(s), thin sliced
  • 1/2 cup Original real egg
  • 1 Wheat bread

Instructions

  1. Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Spread oil in skillet and add pork chop.
  3. Cook each pork chop for 1 minute on each side then remove from skillet and keep warm.
  4. Using the same skillet over medium heat, add the eggs and cook to desired doneness.
  5. Toast bread and spray with butter spray.
  6. Arrange pork chop, scrambled egg and toast on each plate and serve with a thin orange slice.
