Unsaved Savory Cornbread Stuffing Muffins

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups Water, or broth
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions and allow to sit 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray.
  3. Place about a 2 to 3 ounce scoop of stuffing into each muffin tin. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
  4. Cool at least 10 minutes in muffin tin (so they don't fall apart when removed from pan). Serve.
  5. Chef's note: To really get tops nice and crispy, place pan under a broiler 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
