Savory Cornbread Stuffing Muffins

Ingredients
- 6 oz Cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 cups Water, or broth
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions and allow to sit 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray.
- Place about a 2 to 3 ounce scoop of stuffing into each muffin tin. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
- Cool at least 10 minutes in muffin tin (so they don't fall apart when removed from pan). Serve.
- Chef's note: To really get tops nice and crispy, place pan under a broiler 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
