Sautéed Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 oz Sugar snap peas, cut in half
  • 1/4 Fresh lemons, zest
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat and add oil. Once hot, add snap peas and sauté a few seconds.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover with lid. Cook out water and add lemon zest.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper as needed. Serve.
