Sautéed Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 8 oz Sugar snap peas, cut in half
- 1/4 Fresh lemons, zest
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat and add oil. Once hot, add snap peas and sauté a few seconds.
- Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover with lid. Cook out water and add lemon zest.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper as needed. Serve.
