Sautéed Spinach with Warm French Dressing

Serves 6
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 6 cups Baby spinach
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup French salad dressing
Instructions
- In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add olive oil and heat 1 minute. Add garlic and brown 1 minute.
- Add spinach and season with salt. If spinach doesn't fit, add a few cups at a time letting it wilt before adding more.
- Continue to cook until spinach water is almost completely reduced, then deglaze pan with French dressing and cook 2 minutes until bubbly.
- Transfer spinach to plate and serve.
