Sautéed Italian Seasoned Squash

Unsaved Sautéed Italian Seasoned Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh white squash, scalloped
  • 1 Fresh zucchini squash
  • 1 Fresh yellow squash
  • 1/2 White onion(s)
  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut white squash into quarters and then into 1/4-inch thick slices or wedges. Slice zucchini and yellow squash diagonally into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Cut rounds in half. Cut onion into thin wedges.
  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over Medium-High heat. Add oil to hot skillet. Sauté white squash and onion 2 minutes.
  3. Add zucchini, yellow squash, Italian seasoning, garlic salt and pepper. Sauté another 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Season to taste.
