Sautéed Green Peppercorn Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Button mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups Portabella mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Shallot, chopped
  • 1 cup Sweet tomatoes, whole
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 8.5 oz Green Peppercorn Sauce

Instructions

  1. Place a non-stick pan over high heat; add mushrooms and shallots. Cook 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Once mushrooms and shallots are soft, add cherry tomatoes, salt and Orti Di Calabria Green Peppercorn Sauce and cook an additional 5 minutes.
