Sausage Egg and Cheese Bowl

Ingredients
- 16 oz Pork breakfast sausage
- 5 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Mexican style shredded cheese
Instructions
- Cook sausage in a non-stick pan, breaking it up into crumbles with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
- When sausage is almost done, add eggs and cook together until the eggs are cooked.
- Place cheese on top and heat until melted.
- Divide sausage and eggs into 4 bowls and garnish with your favorite hot sauce or Pico de Gallo.
