  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 12 oz Baby spinach
  • 1 lb Sweet Italian Sausage Links, uncooked
  • 20 oz Thin pizza crust, 12"
  • 16 oz Marinara Pasta Sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Squeeze sausage from casings into skillet.
  4. Break sausage into small bits with the edge of a spoon while browning.
  5. Just before sausage is cooked, add oil, mushrooms and garlic to skillet.
  6. Sauté with sausage about 5 more minutes or until sausage is no longer pink.
  7. Add spinach and stir 30 to 60 seconds to wilt then remove from heat.
  8. Spread marinara sauce evenly over pizza crusts.
  9. Top with sausage and spinach mixture, then sprinkle pizzas evenly with cheese.
  10. Bake pizzas on bottom rack in oven 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts and browns.
  11. Let stand 2 minutes then cut into wedges and serve.
