San Antonio Seven-Layer Dip

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Mild Chunky Guacamole
  • 16 oz Refried Beans with Jalapeños
  • 1 1/2 cups Light sour cream, or H-E-B Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup 2% Shredded Sharp Cheddar
  • 2 cups Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 cups XL vine ripe tomato, chopped
  • 6 Green onions, chopped with tops
  • 16 oz Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare guacamole according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Spread beans on the bottom of a 2-quart glass baking dish and top with layers of guacamole, sour cream (or yogurt), cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
  3. Serve with corn chips
