Ingredients
- 12 oz Mild Chunky Guacamole
- 16 oz Refried Beans with Jalapeños
- 1 1/2 cups Light sour cream, or H-E-B Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup 2% Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 2 cups Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 cups XL vine ripe tomato, chopped
- 6 Green onions, chopped with tops
- 16 oz Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- Prepare guacamole according to package directions and set aside.
- Spread beans on the bottom of a 2-quart glass baking dish and top with layers of guacamole, sour cream (or yogurt), cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
- Serve with corn chips
