Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 10 oz Raw salmon, about 2 fillets, diced into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 tsp Bagel Not Included Spice Blend ‑ Everything + Citrus Sriracha
  • 6.9 oz Green curry cooking sauce, spicy
  • 6 oz Frozen broccoli stir-fry blend, cooked according to package directions
  • 12 oz Frozen cauliflower rice, cooked according to package directions

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a medium sauté pan set over medium-high heat.
  2. Season diced salmon with spiced blend, place in the preheated skillet, and cook for 2 minutes turning each piece halfway through.
  3. Add green curry sauce and stir-fry vegetables. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Pour over cauliflower rice.
