Salisbury Steak Meatloaf

Serves 8
Ingredients
- 2 lb Ground beef
- 2 Large eggs
- 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Coarse kosher salt
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 3 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tsp Cracked black pepper, plus more as needed to taste
- 2 cups Whole button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup White onions, julienned or thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Steak sauce, as needed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400˚F.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, garlic and onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Place meat mixture into a loaf pan and press to even out. Add mushrooms and onions over top of meatloaf.
- Allow to cool, before cutting and serving drizzle each slice with steak sauce.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until internal temp of meat reaches 165˚F.
