  • 2 cups Raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, leaves, stems discarded
  • 9 Fresh sage leaves, medium sized thinly sliced, approximately 1 to 2 tbsp sliced
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt, plus more as needed to taste
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper, plus more as needed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine almonds, rosemary, sage, olive oil and salt and pepper. Toss well to coat.
  2. Spoon almonds into air fryer basket and spread evenly. Set fryer basket on pan to catch any additional oil dripping.
  3. Place in air fryer and set to popcorn setting. Cook 8 minutes or until almonds are nicely roasted, shaking basket every 2 minutes to ensure even browning.
  4. Remove almonds to drain on a paper towel and allow to cool completely before transferring to a bowl.
