Sage and Rosemary Fried Almonds

Ingredients
- 2 cups Raw almonds
- 2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, leaves, stems discarded
- 9 Fresh sage leaves, medium sized thinly sliced, approximately 1 to 2 tbsp sliced
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Kosher salt, plus more as needed to taste
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper, plus more as needed
Instructions
- In a bowl combine almonds, rosemary, sage, olive oil and salt and pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Spoon almonds into air fryer basket and spread evenly. Set fryer basket on pan to catch any additional oil dripping.
- Place in air fryer and set to popcorn setting. Cook 8 minutes or until almonds are nicely roasted, shaking basket every 2 minutes to ensure even browning.
- Remove almonds to drain on a paper towel and allow to cool completely before transferring to a bowl.
