Rotisserie Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 French loaves, sliced lengthwise for pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup Tomato basil pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup Reduced fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 4 oz Sliced pimientos, drained
  • 4 oz Shiitake mushrooms, drained

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  3. Spread both French bread halves with pasta sauce and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
  4. Sprinkle shredded chicken over cheese and top with remaining shredded cheese, pimiento strips and mushroom slices.
  5. Bake on center oven rack for 10-20 minutes or until cheese bubbles and turns golden.
