Rotisserie Chicken Broccoli & Rice Bake

Ingredients
- 1 cup Instant long grain rice
- 2 cups Fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Cream of chicken soup
- 14.5 oz Canned mushrooms
- 3 cups Rotisserie chicken, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Combine rice, broccoli, cheese, soup, mushrooms and rotisserie chicken; stir to combine.
- Add 1 1/2 cups water and stir. Pour chicken rice mixture into the prepared baking pan and cover with foil.
- Bake on middle oven rack for 30-40 minutes or until rice is tender.
