Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 2 Fresh Rosemary, leaves only, chopped
  • 4 Center loin pork chops

Instructions

  1. Coat a skillet with non-stick spray and heat to medium-high.
  2. Combine seasonings in a small bowl and rub over pork chops.
  3. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until pork reaches a minimum of 145°F .
