Roasted Brussels Sprouts with White Wine Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup Shallot, chopped
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 8.5 oz White Wine Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 2 tsp Adams Reserve Cacio e Pepe Bread Dipper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 385°F.
  2. Add Brussels sprouts and shallots to a half sheet pan, season with salt and roast 12 minutes.
  3. Transfer roasted Brussels and shallots to a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and continue to cook 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in Orti Di Calabria White Wine Garlic Butter Sauce, cacio bread dipper and cook 2 minutes and serve.
