Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Soppin' Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Brussels sprouts, ends removed and quartered
  • 6 slices Pecan smoked bacon, diced
  • 1/3 cup Texas on the Plate Bodacious Red Soppin' Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  2. Combine Brussels sprouts and diced bacon in a medium bowl. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and spread out, leaving space between each sprout. Do not overcrowd pan.
  3. Roast for 40 minutes, or until desired crispness. Remove from oven, toss with Soppin' Sauce then roast an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, toss and serve immediately.
