Rice with Green Onions and Seaweed

Ingredients
- 1 cup Basmati rice
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Fresh green onion(s)
- 1 Roasted original seaweed sea salt
Instructions
- Place olive oil a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add basmati rice and cook stirring constantly.
- Stir in green onion and continue to cook.
- Add 1 3/4 cups water, bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover.
- Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is done.
- Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
- Add crushed seaweed chips, stir and serve.
