Rice with Green Onions and Seaweed

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Basmati rice
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh green onion(s)
  • 1 Roasted original seaweed sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place olive oil a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add basmati rice and cook stirring constantly.
  2. Stir in green onion and continue to cook.
  3. Add 1 3/4 cups water, bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover.
  4. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is done.
  5. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
  6. Add crushed seaweed chips, stir and serve.
