Relish That Cornbread

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Salted butter
- 8.5 oz Cornbread mix
- 1 Large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup H-E-B Relish that Corn
- 1/2 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp Diced Hatch green chiles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Add butter to a loaf pan and place in oven as it heats up.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cornbread mix, egg, cream, H-E-B Relish that Corn, cheese and chiles. Mix with a fork to combine (mixture will be heavy and lumpy).
- Carefully remove hot pan with melted butter from oven. Add cornbread batter and return to oven. Bake 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
