Red Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 1/4 cups Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves, approximately 1/2 ounce
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and water.
  2. Blend until smooth. With blender running, slowly add oil in a thin stream until an emulsion forms. Season to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Store refrigerated for up to a week.
