Red Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 1/4 cups Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Garlic cloves, approximately 1/2 ounce
- 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
- In a blender combine vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and water.
- Blend until smooth. With blender running, slowly add oil in a thin stream until an emulsion forms. Season to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Store refrigerated for up to a week.
