Raspberry Lemon Basil Mimosa

Ingredients
- 1 Fresh Basil, 2 medium sized leaves plus a sprig for garnish
- 1 tsp Pure Cane Sugar
- 3 Medium raspberries
- 2 oz Raspberry Lemonade
- 3 oz Prosecco, or other sparkling wine
Instructions
- Place basil leaves, sugar, and raspberries in the bottom of a tall glass. Using a spoon or muddler, smash the mixture in the glass until well combined.
- Add raspberry lemonade and ice and stir. Pour prosecco into glass and stir gently. Garnish with basil sprig and enjoy.
