Unsaved Raspberry Lemon Basil Mimosa

Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Basil, 2 medium sized leaves plus a sprig for garnish
  • 1 tsp Pure Cane Sugar
  • 3 Medium raspberries
  • 2 oz Raspberry Lemonade
  • 3 oz Prosecco, or other sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Place basil leaves, sugar, and raspberries in the bottom of a tall glass. Using a spoon or muddler, smash the mixture in the glass until well combined.
  2. Add raspberry lemonade and ice and stir. Pour prosecco into glass and stir gently. Garnish with basil sprig and enjoy.
