Rao's Brisket Alfredo Farfalle Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Rao's Homemade Alfredo Sauce, 15oz
  • 1 jar Rao's Homemade Garlic Alfredo Pasta Sauce, 15oz
  • 1 bag Rao's Homemade Farfalle Pasta, 16oz
  • 16 oz Cooked brisket, Chopped
  • 1 jar Roasted red & yellow peppers, Drained and cut into strips
  • 1 bag Low Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
  • 1 bag Natural shredded parmesan cheese, 6oz
  • 3 oz Baby spinach, Fresh
  • 1 can Olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Begin by adding the Rao’s Alfredo sauces, chopped brisket, and peppers to a large pot.
  3. Now, prepare a 14x10 baking dish by spraying a light coating of cooking spray.
  4. Place the pot over medium heat and gently warm the brisket through in the Rao’s Alfredo.
  5. In the meantime, cook the Rao’s Farfalle pasta according to the package instructions.
  6. Once the Rao’s Farfalle is cooked, and the Rao’s Alfredo and brisket mixture is warmed through, add the pasta and the baby spinach to the sauce and mix to fully combine and coat the pasta.
  7. Now, stir in half of the skim-mozzarella cheese to fully incorporate the cheese.
  8. Pour the pasta and sauce mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  9. Mix the remaining skim-mozzarella and parmesan cheese together and sprinkle over the top of the pasta.
  10. Place the pasta into the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  11. Serve with a simple salad and some crusty bread.
