Quick Turkey Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 43.5 oz Low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups Raw turkey breast, cooked and chopped
  • 16 oz Stir fry medley
  • 2 cups Russet potato, peeled and cubed

Instructions

  1. Pour chicken broth into a large 4-quart pot.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Add turkey, vegetables and potatoes.
  4. Bring to a boil and reduce to medium low heat.
  5. Cover and cook 15 minutes.
