Ingredients

  • 1.6 oz Cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 7 oz Fajita vegetables
  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 5 tsp Less sodium taco seasoning
  • 3 oz Shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet set over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook for 3 minutes. Add fajita vegetables and taco seasoning, and stir and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  2. Remove pan from heat, top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes, and serve.
