Ingredients
- 1.6 oz Cherry tomatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 7 oz Fajita vegetables
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 5 tsp Less sodium taco seasoning
- 3 oz Shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- Heat oil in a medium skillet set over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook for 3 minutes. Add fajita vegetables and taco seasoning, and stir and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat, top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes, and serve.
