  • 10 oz Thai Jasmine Rice, crumbled and broken apart
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Green onion, thinly sliced, green tops only
  • 1 Large eggs, beaten well

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium sauté pan on medium. Spray with non-stick spray and add luncheon loaf. Cook until most pieces are browned and crisp, 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add in diced vegetables, rice, and peas. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes then stir in soy sauce and green onions.
  3. Turn down heat to medium. Push rice to edges of pan to make a clear spot in the middle. Pour in beaten egg and stir to scramble. When egg is almost fully cooked, stir into rice to combine. Serve immediately.
