Unsaved Quick Low Carb Pho

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sliced green onion
  • 1 cup Zucchini spirals
  • 1 tbsp Chopped cilantro
  • 1 Chicken pho broth concentrate
  • 1/2 cup Shredded chicken meat

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 cups water to a simmer and remove from heat. Stir in 1 pouch of Pho concentrate.
  2. Place 1 cup zucchini noodles in a large soup bowl along with shredded chicken breast, cilantro, and onion. Add hot broth and enjoy.
