Unsaved Quick Home-Style Turkey Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 43.5 oz Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Turkey breast, cooked
  • 16 oz Stir fry medley
  • 2 cups Tortilla strips
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pour chicken broth into a 4-quart pot.
  2. Place over high heat and bring to a boil.
  3. Add turkey and vegetables and cook for 5 minutes or until broth begins to boil again.
  4. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 5 more minutes.
  5. Garnish with tortilla strips and cilantro. Serve.
