Quick Ham and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

  • 14.1 oz Pillsbury Pie Crust, 2 crusts
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz Cherrywood smoked uncured sliced ham, chopped (about half of the package)
  • 32 oz H-E-B Real Egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Unroll pie crusts into 9 inch pie pans and form. Place on a sheet pan.
  2. Divide cheese and ham equally among the two crusts then pour the liquid egg over the top.
  3. Sprinkle with pepper and and place in oven. Bake for 35 minutes or until center has set. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
  4. Chef's Note: If crust begins to brown too fast cover with a sheet of foil.
