Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 9 oz Butter chicken cooking sauce
  • 1 tbsp Single serve chopped cilantro
  • 12 oz Frozen original cauliflower rice, cooked per package directions

Instructions

  1. Set a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of canola oil. Add cubed chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  2. Stir in cooking sauce and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with cauliflower rice.
