Quick Braised Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper, or as needed for heat
- 24 oz Broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Vegetable broth
- 1 Large lemon(s)
Instructions
- Place a nonstick pan over medium-high heat, then add olive oil.
- When oil gets hot, add garlic and stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until garlic is just fragrant.
- Add red pepper flakes and broccoli, stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes. Add broth, cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes. Broccoli should still be slightly crunchy.
- Turn off heat, season to taste with salt and pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.
