Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh small avocados
  • 2 tsp Bagel not included spice blend
  • 4 Large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  2. Cut 2 avocados in half and remove seeds. Scoop out some of the avocado flesh (reserve for serving) in each half to create a well for an egg.
  3. Crack 1 egg into each avocado half and season with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until yolks are set. Serve with the scooped-out avocado.
