Quick and Easy Tortas Ahogadas

Ingredients
- 4 Bolillos
- 1 lb Fully Cooked Pork Carnitas
- 4 oz H-E-B That Red Sauce
- 4 oz Canned tomato sauce
- 4 tbsp H-E-B Refried Charro Beans
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 cups Shredded cabbage
- 1 Lime, quartered
- 1/4 cup Cotija cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place bolillos on a baking sheet and bake 5 minutes or until hot and crusty.
- Microwave fully cooked pork according to package instructions.
- In a microwave safe dish, mix That Red Sauce with tomato sauce. In a separate microwave safe dish, mix refried beans with water. Microwave both on high heat for 1 minute or until heated through.
- Slice bolillos down the middle then spread cut sides with refried beans. Top with pork and place sandwiches on plates.
- Pour tomato sauce mixture evenly over each sandwich and serve with shredded cabbage, lime wedges and cheese.
