Quick And Easy Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb Raw Peeled and Deveined Tail-Off Large Gulf Shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined
- 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 4 oz Unsalted butter, melted
- 3 oz Cream cheese, regular
- 1 oz Roquefort cheese
Instructions
- Place shrimp in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and the lime juice.
- Blend butter and both cheeses together and pour over shrimp.
- In a microwave dish, cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Let stand 1 minute.
- Serve over rice or pasta.
