Quick And Easy Shrimp Sauce

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Raw Peeled and Deveined Tail-Off Large Gulf Shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 4 oz Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 oz Cream cheese, regular
  • 1 oz Roquefort cheese

Instructions

  1. Place shrimp in a baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and the lime juice.
  3. Blend butter and both cheeses together and pour over shrimp.
  4. In a microwave dish, cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  5. Let stand 1 minute.
  6. Serve over rice or pasta.
