Ingredients

  • 1 cup Queso asadero, shredded
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Cotija cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes, as needed for heat
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt, as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Place all cheeses in a cast iron skillet along with red pepper flakes, cumin and salt.
  3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  4. Serve immediately. Great spread on tostadas. Garnish with green onions, if desired, and your favorite condiments.
