Queso Compuesto

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Grapeseed oil
  • 1 oz Fully cooked pork carnitas, finely chopped
  • 16 oz Queso blanco dip
  • 1/2 cup Medium pico de gallo
  • 1 Large avocado, cubed
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a small skillet over medium-high. When skillet is hot, add oil and chopped carnitas. Stir gently and let pork get a little crispy and brown around the edges for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  2. Pour queso dip into a microwaveable serving dish and heat thoroughly about 2 minutes on high, stirring half way through.
  3. Carefully remove heated queso from microwave and top with crispy bits of pork, pico de gallo, cubed avocado and fresh cilantro. Enjoy with tortilla chips.
