Pumpkin Spice Horchata

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Pumpkin spice flavored coffee creamer
  • 2 cups Canned pumpkin
  • 8 cups Water
  • 1 cup White Rice
  • 1 stick Cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Combine 4 cups water, rice and cinnamon stick in a medium bowl, then cover with plastic wrap and soak overnight.
  2. Place entire rice mixture in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Add pumpkin and Coffee mate Pumpkin Spice Flavor Liquid and blend again.
  3. Transfer to a serving pitcher; add the remaining 4 cups water. Stir and serve over ice.
