Unsaved Protein Almond Waffles

Ingredients

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Whole milk
  • 3/4 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar free maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add eggs, almond flour, milk, cottage cheese, baking powder, and syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth and allow to sit for 10 minutes before cooking in a waffle iron.
  2. Heat a waffle iron and spray lightly with a neutral spray oil. Add batter and cook until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with additional syrup if desired.
