Unsaved Prickly Pear Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bottle Prickly pear italian soda
  • 1 Condensed soy milk
  • 1 tbsp Lime, juiced and zested

Instructions

  1. Pour soda, soy milk, lime juice and zest in a bowl.
  2. Whisk gently to incorporate ingredients.
  3. Pour into 2 quart capacity ice cream/frozen yogurt maker and churn according to manufacturers directions.
  4. Serve when thoroughly frozen.
  5. *May also substitute regular sweetened condensed milk, but recipe will not be dairy free.
