Potato Green Beans & Ham Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 Vegetable Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2.5 oz Country gravy mix
  • 1 1/2 cups Cooked sliced ham, cubed
  • 2 1/2 cups Southern style hash browns
  • 1 lb French cut green beans
  • 8 oz Easy melt cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. Prepare gravy mix according to package directions.
  4. Add cheese to gravy, reduce heat to medium-low heat and stir constantly until smooth; set aside.
  5. Place green beans, hash browns and ham in prepared baking dish.
  6. Pour gravy-cheese sauce over vegetable potato mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  7. Cover dish tightly with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  8. Remove cover and bake 5 more minutes.
