Unsaved Pork Larb with Toasted Peanuts

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Grapeseed oil
  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 3 oz Pad Thai Sauce
  • 4 Better Crunch Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 oz Peanuts, dry roasted and lightly salted, crush in a resealable bag
  • 0.7 oz Basil, leaves, torn

Instructions

  1. Heat grapeseed oil in a medium-sized non-stick pan or wok. Add ground pork and break it up as it browns. Drain excess fat then stir in Pad Thai sauce.
  2. Place cooked pork with sauce in the center of each lettuce wrap. Garnish with crushed peanuts and torn basil.
