Ponzu & Honey Glazed Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef flank steak, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp Lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp Gluten free soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler to high.
  2. Place flank steak on a foil lined baking sheet. Set aside.
  3. To make Ponzu sauce, combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
  4. Bring to a simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. Brush sauce over beef and broil 5 minutes.
  6. Turn beef and brush with more sauce. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Let beef rest 10 minutes before slicing.
