Unsaved Pizza Stuffed Jalapeño Popper

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Italian cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sundried tomatoes with Italian herbs packed in oil
  • 10 slices Pepperoni, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp Sundried tomatoes with Italian herbs packed in oil, drained and finely chopped
  • 6 Medium fresh jalapeño peppers, cut in half lengthways, stems and seeds removed
  • 12 slices Bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  2. In a medium bowl mix softened cream cheese, Italian shredded cheese, Italian seasoning, sundried tomatoes and chopped pepperoni. Stir to combine.
  3. Stuff cream cheese mixture into jalapeño halves then wrap with a slice of bacon.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake 18 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
